The Centennial Park development is intended to be developed as a phased mixed-use community with up to 2000 residential units and approximately 715,000 sq ft of commercial space. In a community this large, we have remained consistent with Mosaic’s philosophy of new urbanism. The residential mix is diverse consisting of apartments, townhouses, condominiums, and senior living units which are supported with a commercial mix that promotes the new urbanistic philosophy.
