The Bluffs at Eagle in Eagle County

65 acres of single family, duplexes and townhouses, located in Eagle, Colorado. The Bluffs was conceived as a workforce housing project for the sevice workers in nearby Vail and Beaver Creek. The projectis the most successful work force housing project in the I70 Corridor. The project was so popular it sold out in 6 months.

Conifer Commons 188

The property is a 47.12-acre site that is located in the heart of the Conifer community, located in the foothills 20 miles from downtown Denver, along Highway 285, one of the two major east/west highways that lead west from the Denver Metropolitan area.

Centennial Park Grand Junction 2000

The Centennial Park development is intended to be developed as a phased mixed-use community with up to 2000 residential units and approximately 715,000 sq ft of commercial space. Consistent with Foothills’ philosophy of including multiple product types in a community this large, included in the residential mix are apartments, townhouses, condominiums and senior living units in a new urbanist community.
